Immediate Stability

Meet urgent needs through safe spaces, food, essential supplies, transportation, and a dependable place to turn when someone needs help.

Connected Support

Bring housing, health, employment, and community resources together around each person’s goals. Support should continue beyond a single visit or referral.

Lasting Independence

Help people build the stability, relationships, and opportunities they need to move forward on their own terms.

Community Acss ProgramS

AIR’s Community Access Program supports people experiencing homelessness by connecting them with practical resources, community support, and opportunities to work toward their goals. We welcome people with respect and without judgment.

Outreach and Snack Bags

As part of our outreach, AIR hands out snack bags and shares information about local resources and ways to connect with support.

Resource Connections

AIR helps participants connect with community resources and explore available support, employment pathways, and next steps that fit their needs.

Emergency Accompaniment

AIR is developing an emergency accompaniment service to help people connect with support during a difficult first night or transition.

The program is being developed with community partners. Services and availability depend on staffing, location, and program readiness. AIR does not provide medical care or clinical crisis response. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911.
