About ACSS
The Alliance for Community Stability System (ACSS) is a developing program of American Institutional Restoration (AIR). It is built around a simple belief: people facing instability need a dependable way to get help, stay connected to support, and move toward a more secure future.
ACSS brings together three priorities: immediate stability, connected support, and lasting independence. Our vision includes safe places to meet basic needs, transportation to essential resources, coordinated referrals, and continued support shaped around each person’s goals.
We are developing ACSS with distinct approaches for youth and adults, recognizing that each group has different needs. The program is currently in development; facilities and services are not yet open.
